XEMX is MCR's green molecules execution arm with high-performing CBG operations and a growing project pipeline across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat. Expansion pathways include SAF, green hydrogen, biochar, green ammonia, 2G ethanol, and BESS.

Chiraharit is the BSE SME-listed EPC and manufacturing arm delivering water movement, solar module cleaning, and biogas projects. The roadmap includes manufacturing and conservation pipelines, along with selected JV discussions in pumping, membrane, and green fertilizer technologies.
